Tony has a great deal of experience in helping clients meet the challenges of managing demanding IT projects and programmes. He is dedicated to identifying Test & Acceptance procedures appropriate to the project, enabling clients to release quality software that meets the needs of the business.
He is widely recognised for his strong leadership and inspirational approach to Test Management. Tony has a mission to provide superior and measurable value to clients. His watchwords are:
An experienced and versatile, ISEB qualified, Programme Test Manager with a proven track record of rescuing failing testing processes and managing in-house and third party test teams for clients within the Government, Financial, and Retail sectors.
Tony is used to quickly assessing test and acceptance processes and procedures on large, complex and high value accounts, producing the Test Strategy, justifying the test and QA budget and managing all test planning, execution and acceptance activities.
Tony is on the advisory board of QA Guild and a global ambassador for Test Common, where he regularly writes articles. Tony has spoken at a number of testing conferences both in the UK and in the USA.
