Tony has great experience of coming into projects that are failing to deliver and brining clear analytical focus to identify both the issues and the solutions to enable all sides to come together to turn around failing projects

For a number of clients Tony has conducted an independent review of testing. The result has been the production of a full test strategy report, giving recommendations and time lines for establishing the correct level of testing for the project or organisation.

For clients wishing to develop their own retained test management capability, Tony has either recruited the right test manager on the client’s behalf, or trained up a client’s own staff member, offering  regular mentoring sessions to support them as they grow in the role and in confidence.
